As the year 2018 comes to an end, we reminisce on the milestones Courtsite has achieved over the time since it was first formed a year ago. Let us rewind 2018, as we highlight the major achievements we have made.
When it all started
Firstly, going live 7 months ago with the very first version of www.courtsite.my was undoubtedly a major milestone, as it brought various emotions and excitement which marks the realization of our vision unfolding since the very beginning of Courtsite — which began from just an idea. It proved to us, that a Malaysian based company is more than capable of growing alongside the future of technology, with our biggest drive being taking the industry in Malaysia, and the world towards greater heights.
Growth, growth, growth
Upon launching the first version of Courtsite’s official website, we were grateful to be able to receive month-to-month double digit growth, user retention rate above 50%, and coverage for our services throughout KL, PJ, Klang and Serdang which further encouraged us on working towards greater things for Courtsite as a whole.
Into the realm of mobile apps
On November of 2018, we launched Phase 2 of Courtsite, a mobile app available on both Android and IOS. Alongside booking through www.courtsite.my, our users are now able to experience a complete mobile booking experience — making it more convenient for users to select their favourite courts. User feedback for both the courtsite app and website has since been actively incorporated for the enhancement of the user experience.
Robots taking over the world?
Going live with an automated centre has also been a part of our milestones this year, allowing us to embark into a future of a complete automated booking system, thus providing a seamless experience for our users; besides being a game changer in Malaysia’s court booking experience — allowing for 24 Hours smart CCTV monitoring, cashless payments, automated time systems, and many more. With this, we are able to move forward in our journey to reinvent the industry which is the core of what Courtsite truly strives for.
Team work, makes the dream work
Looking back, we can pat ourselves on the back knowing we managed to lay down a solid digital infrastructure for our services by experimenting with latest technologies, automating a large amount of our workflow despite being a team small in numbers. Here in Courtsite, we will continue to constantly improve in our shortcomings in 2019, with your support we will continue to better ourselves in all aspects.
