💡 Why the Upgrade?

Here’s a quick look at some of the common challenges we heard from Partner Centres and how this enhancement solves them:

✅ Self-service promo code creation

No more waiting or back-and-forth with the CS team. With this update, you have full self-service capabilities to create and manage promo codes directly in your dashboard.

📅 Promo application rules

Previously, promo codes were tied to the booking's checkout date, which made it hard to align with your marketing budgets. Now, they’ll be applied based on the booking’s playing date, giving you more accurate control and planning power.

💰 Promo discount options

You now have the choice between percentage-based discounts (e.g., 10% off) and flat-rate discounts (e.g., RM5 off). Promo codes are applied to the total checkout amount of a booking, exclude any add-ons or deposit bookings.

🔢 Redemption Limits

You can now limit the number of redemptions for each promo code. This means no more manual tracking and full control over how your promo codes are used.

👀 Improved Transparency

Easily track how your promo codes are performing. You’ll now have access to detailed information such as number of codes redeemed, promo code activation status, validity period and more.
