Introducing Combo Booking: Court + Ball Machine in One Seamless Flow

Managing court facilities and shared equipment like ball machines can be tricky — especially when it comes to making sure everything aligns with customer expectations. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our latest enhancement: Combo Booking for Court + Ball Machine under our new Combo Services feature.

🚨 The Problem with Traditional Add-Ons

In the past, our add-on booking feature couldn’t fully support shared venue-wide resources — like a single ball machine used across multiple courts. This led to frustrating experiences for both customers and venues:

• Overlapping bookings: Multiple players could book the same ball machine for the same time slot on different courts — a logistical nightmare for Partner Centres.
• Missing court reservations: Players would successfully book a ball machine, only to realize they hadn’t secured a court. Arriving at the venue with no court to play on? Definitely not ideal.

These issues were especially common during peak hours when courts and machines were in high demand.

✅ The Combo Booking Solution

With Combo Booking, we’ve completely reimagined how customers book courts and equipment. Instead of treating the ball machine as a separate add-on, it is now integrated directly into the booking flow as a combo booking.

Here’s how it works:

1. Player selects Classic Booking.
2. They choose the option “With Ball Machine”.
3. The system displays all available combo slots — showing only time slots where both a court and a ball machine are available.
4. Players can book up to the number of machines available at that time (e.g. 2 bookings if there are 2 ball machines).

5. If no ball machines are available for that slot, no options will be shown, guiding players to try a different time.

This streamlined approach ensures:

• No more double-booking of shared resources.
• No more incomplete bookings.
• A smooth, frustration-free experience for both players and Partner Centres.
